clynt18 - Not a real expert on this, but I did a little searching on the internet and find no reference to chalk dust used as a glue. Chalk dust may be combined with other glues or adhesives as a filler material, but I can't imagine chalk dust as having any adhesive properties. Good luck, perhaps others can add better information.
