Magnetism idea

Post by fosterswa »

If the earth can act as a magnet with two poles, wouldn't it be possible to find an alternating magnetic current that repels the planets magnetism? Or make a magnetic wave generator to repel against the earth?

Hi fosterswa -

I believe you will find that any such device would have a mass greater than its ability to repel the earth's magnetic field. Here gravity would be the main problem.
I hope that helps.
