How to strengthen and weaken hydrogen bonds in water aside from changing its temperature? Please help me.

I also agree with the previous expert. If you provide us more details about your main question, hypothesis, and experimental procedures, we can give you more helpful advice. Why do you want to change the strength of hydrogen bonds in water? What changes do you expect to see in your experiment if you strengthen hydrogen bonds versus weakening hydrogen bonds?
