Hi! I was wondering if you could answer a few questions about food science. Thanks!

How long have you been working in food science?
What has your job taught you about food?
Do you like your job?
What makes your job fun?
What would tell someone looking into a food science project?

Hi,

Just to let you know, one of the experts has made a post asking for any food scientists to check your topic. However, be aware that we may not have any food scientists on the forum, so you might want to consider contacting someone at a nearby university with these questions. Hopefully, though, we will find someone to answer your questions!

Hi maddie,

I just wanted to thank you for rewriting your questions into an interview format. We really appreciate it! The reason we do this is because if we tell you all the answers you won't learn anything (and sometimes even we don't know the answers unless we do the experiment). The whole point of a science project is to answer those background research questions by doing hands-on learning. It much more valuable to talk to an Expert about their career and getting tips for your project. You never know, you might end up being a food scientist! :-).

We're trying to find an Expert to answer your questions, but like Melissa said we might not have a food scientist. I hope everything else with your project turned out well.

Also, if you haven't already, please give your teacher the information I gave you about our interview guidelines if his or her instructions for interview questions differ. Thanks!
