So i'm doing this project and i don't know what type of medium i need to use for my wild type yeast culture. please help. my project is due on January 12th

I wonder if you are doing the following project? Are you going to order the kit that is described?

This material list says that kit will include the Yeast medium which will specifically be yeast-extract dextrose medium (YED).
