Hi phil813,

Unfortunately now you're getting out of range of stuff that I know off the top of my head. I don't know how propeller efficiency is defined. Thrust over watts consumed sounds like a reasonable measure. Have you tried a google search for "propeller efficiency"? If you can't find it online, you might have to go to a library and look in an aerodynamics textbook.
