i have a quesiton do you know anyone that knows about this project. What kind of chemical inside the parking lot that is causing the affection to the environment plus the temperature? What kind of materials were use to do this kind of project? Thank you very much!

Why don't you start by researching the different kinds of chemicals using in building a parking lot (be careful here as parking lots come in different shapes, sizes, and types). Or do you mean simply the pavement and the lines that mark the lots?

Then you can investigate the properties of these chemicals and how they respond to temperature changes.
