Heat Waves create heat, Sound Waves create sound, what could Brain Waves create in an outside the mind, physical form? For example, if brain waves naturally occurred outside an organism in nature, what would they be doing? What effects would the have on other organisms?

That's a very interesting question. Let me start by explaining that the use of the word 'wave' is not consistant in your examples. A heat wave is a non-scientific term to describe prolonged hot days in a given area - they don't actually produce heat. A sound wave describes the method that sound travels, it doesn't actually produce sound. A brain wave describes the transfer of information, through electrical pulses, between neurons within the brain.

Some people do believe that brain waves travel outside the body, through some physical or meta-physical form. The results of this are topics like telepathy. I haven't looked into it much, but telepathy has not been accepted as a proven occurance.
