Hi
I found a project on this site that had to do with egg substitutions. I need to find a peer-reviewed journal article and any other article relating to this topic. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to Science Buddies!
Pubmed is a good online source of peer-reviewed journal articles. You could do an online search including the term "pubmed" in your search terms: for example "Pubmed compare egg substitutes."
