I have a question about this experiment posted on this website. I read the given proceudre however I do not understand how all the materials are going to be used. Thank you very much

I see what you mean. Many of the materials and equipment are never explicitly mentioned in the procedure. My advice is to design an experiment based on the procedures. It may become clear how some of those items fit into the experiment. If you find you don't need something that is listed in the materials and methods list, don't include it in your list. And if you have a question about a specific item, we will be glad to help.
