I am trying to extract these to demonstrate the properties of the contents of this plant Centella Asiatic. Any ideas anyone?

That sounds like a rather ambitious project. Do you have access to a chemistry lab? We can't advise you on an extraction procedure if we don't know what equipment and reagents you have to work with.

What exactly is your hypothesis? Why did you pick this plant and these compounds? When you ask a question you need to give us more information about the project that you want to do. Otherwise we are left guessing and unable to help you effectively.
