Good afternoon!

I am not experiencing any difficulty when going onto the REBsites DNA Fingerprint page. Are you using Firefox? In my experience Firefox can encounter an error issue at times when going to project pages. Can you try to access this link via Internet Explorer or Chrome and see if that works?

Let me know!

Next suggestion: Clear your cookies/cache/temporary internet files.

Then close ALL internet windows. I might actually suggest shutting down, then turning your computer back on.

Make sure to not use a bookmarked page--in other words, manually enter the Science Buddies DNA website.

Let me know if this works! If this doesn't please respond back with the version of IE / Chrome you are using.
