Can someone please describe and explain the transcription of insulin gene, but it also include the formation of mRNA and triplet codes?

Re: How is insulin is made in a cell?
I'm a little confused by your question. Are you asking about the generic process of transcription? Do you need to know the mRNA sequence or the protein sequence of the gene? Are you asking about protein localization within the cell?
