Hello mattmass,
Lets break your question down so that we can more easily turn this into an experiment.
In your project:
->you want to look at:"snowboard goggle lenses"
->to find out: "which types of lenses work best"
->by testing: different types under different "conditions (weather)".
I encourage you to begin by looking at the Scientific Method, located -here-
As a first step, I suggest you look at some goggle manufacturers' websites to find out about the different lens types available
You will then probably have to buy some lenses to test them.
To test them, you could test properties such as how easily water runs off them (use a pipet to put some water on, time how long it takes it to come off), sun glare (flashlight + light meter to measure scientifically), etc.
Just post another message if you have any problems.

Chemistry Magic Show Experiment
Im trying to do a chemistry magic show and I don't know what type of experiments I could look at because it has to have chemical reacions and I don't know what type of experiments it would be. Please give me some suggestions to find chemistry magic experiments.

Hello zina, please read the forum instructions before posting.

As for your question, the most "magical" chemical reactions usually tend to involve a change of color.
Here are some ideas:
Various burning metals give off different colors, this results in colored fire.
pH indicators, change color in the presence of an acid or base, these come in different colors. Some of them will be clear at one pH and a color at another pH, and some have multiple different colors depending on the pH.
I found this page which has a good list of some simple experiments, but feel free to use a search engine such as http://www.google.com/ with search terms such as "chemistry magic tricks"

Background info
i understand how i will test the lenses, but I still do not understand how the lenses work. how do the colors affect your vision, and the way light travels through the lenses?
