sunscreen effectiveness

Post by deleted-319205 »

I was looking on the project idea that compares the effectiveness of different level spf sunscreens and I was having trouble coming up with the control, independent, and dependent variables.

Hello xiomariem,
Comparing the effectiveness of various sunscreens is an important and interesting project!
Is this the project you are interested in?
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p015.shtml

To get you thinking about the different types of variables, I suggest that you read the Science Buddies project guide, in particular this section:

https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... bles.shtml

Then read and re-read the procedures for the sunscreen project:

Let us know if this helps and if you have more questions!
