Chemistry of ice cream making: lowering the freezing point of water

Post by deleted-319314 »

I am doing a project on the chemistry of making ice cream: lowering the freezing point of water. Before I start my project I have to do a research paper. I was wondering if anyone had an idea on what to do my research paper on. I need a answer by at least Sunday, November 15, 2015. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi jennahurt99,

I’m assuming that you are working on the project described here:

https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... p013.shtml

My suggestion is to review the summary and background sections provided for the project. Also, you might want to read the materials listed in the bibliography. After reviewing all the background information I’m sure you have some ideas about how to complete your research paper,

I hope this helps. Please post again if you have more questions.
