Glucose in Food Experiment
We are trying to find foods to test that would be comparable. The 2 types are: Raw Foods VS Processed Foods. Any ideas what foods specifically we could test that would be used to fill in a table. Random foods just don't seem like it would make sense to compare.

Re: Glucose in Food Experiment
One could concentrate the study on bread or pasta. There are many types and all will have different sugar content.
Here is a list of Carbs that are considered "good" and "bad"
Good: Oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice, quinoa, barley, beans, nuts and seeds,
Bad: Cane sugar, white bread, white rice, pasta, bottled sauces, cakes, biscuits, soda and juices.
Good luck

Re: Glucose in Food Experiment
You could do fresh versus canned foods, or fresh versus processed frozen foods (or even compare all three). You could compare the same food in all three preparations.
The foods that come to mind are:
Potatoes
Corn
Beans
Carrots
Citrus fruits
I'm sure there are many more.
Good luck! Let us know what you decide.
