I am doing the Strobe Photo project.
Question: What is the brand name of the $20-50 strobe light and where can I buy one?

I’m assuming that you’re working on the project described here:

The materials list doesn’t specify the brand of strobe light. Any strobe with a variable flash rate should work. One with a relatively bright light should make the photography easier. I found these examples at Amazon:
