Experiment with noble gases and plasma ball
Hi! I am doing a science fair project using a plasma ball/bulb and noble gases. I have the ball and a set of the gases in spectrum tubes, but I'm having trouble with my hypothesis. I'd like to test what colors each gas glows, but what else can I do to make my project more in depth and interesting? Thank you so much for your help! Piper

Re: Experiment with noble gases and plasma ball
Hey there Piper!
What a great idea for a project. I absolutely love the experiment the way you have it set up. I wouldn't change a thing! Be confident and have fun! You can do this.
Please reach out again if questions come up with your experiment.

Re: Experiment with noble gases and plasma ball
Thank you so much, Elizabeth! I guess I'm just having trouble with how to state my hypothesis and how to test variables. It seems too simple. Do you have a suggestion on how to test variables I can record? Any help is much appreciated! Piper
