Hello Science experts,
I want to do a study on how the type of antioxidents found in coffee beans
(flavanoids) can prevent you from developing liver cancer or the science behind how it improves memory.
Are there any easier ways to practically design any experiments for this project?
I don't want to conduct really critical, hard, and time consuming experiments because I am only in grade 9
and I am limited in resources.
I kindly request you to give me some suggestions on developing smart experimental procedures.
Please reply as soon as possible!

Hello Hareshan (ScienceRocks!!),
Welcome to Science Buddies! Maybe a good way to decide how to proceed is to think about your variables. What is your dependent variable? What is your independent variable? How will you measure (observe) your dependent variable?
Here's a link to the Science Buddies Project Guide on variables:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... bles.shtml
You might also find some ideas in the Science Buddies Project Guide:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... deas.shtml
That section has lots of interesting projects. Browse through that to see how the projects are designed and how the procedures are describe.
Let us know what you find and if you have more questions.
