SCIENCE FAIR COMPETTION

I am competing in my Hudson county science fair , my goal is to make it to Washington D.C .I am doing the project Decomposing Energy .For the next phase of my project I would like to expand from it , and create a machine to use the bleep gas and convert it to electricity. I would be really thankful if anybody could perhaps help me with my research and possibly give me a suggestion for building ?
