Science project
My daughter is working on science project and using tutorial for CFTR on NCBI gene page it says under links there is a tab SNP Varview which should take her to a chart that has protein clinical interpretation and rs ID among other things but that link is not there and she is unable to precede to fill out table without it. Is there somewhere else she can get this information? Thank you

Hello,
According to the instructions:
SNP: VarView A list of the short genetic variations of the gene with lots of information on the variations, including what the DNA mutations are and which variations are pathogenic.
So I think the link of interest was renamed from SNP: VarView to Variation View (Under related information on the right hand side of the page).
