Hello,
I am about to attend the state science olympiad competition and I need help with this problem.
A wave is traveling through water at an angle of 30 degrees to the
normal. It then encounters air at a boundary. Draw the wave and label the
normal, the incident ray, and the refracted ray.

Also, you might want to do some reading on “refractive index” and “Snell’s Law” for help with your question.
