help on ligand complexes please!

if i have a structure : NaCuCl4
and im asked to draw the ligand structure, should i take the sodium and just draw the resultant complex as tetrahedral and square planar? im so confused as to whether to include the sodium or not. any help very much appreciated

Hi shamyla99,

Please see my reply to your other post about the number of tetrahedral and octahedral sites in a close-packed lattice. A different set of online forums will be better able to help you.
