heart rate
Is there any way i can accurately measure my heart rate?If so what is the best way to?

To measure your heart rate, simply check your pulse. Place your index and third fingers on your neck to the side of your windpipe

Rachel has given you a great suggestion for measuring your own heart rate. Here is another suggestion from a project idea from this website. You can measure heart rate by by detecting your pulse at your wrist:

Or, you can make your own stethoscope and measure your heart rate directly.

All methods should give the same results.
