regenerative braking

Post by deleted-361743 »

So in school I'm planning to make a project around hybrid cars.
I searched the internet and found that hybrid cars use regenerative braking.
But is it possible to put 4 dynamo's on the wheels to charge a reserve battery and the next time you drive the care uses this reserve battery and charges the other battery? If it is possible how can you make a system that can do this?
I hope you can help me out.

What link are you using as reference? Search for dual-battery regenerative breaking. The principle is simple: An electric motor run in reverse is a generator. Other search terms include electric generator, electric motor, regenerative breaking.
