Fruits and vitamin C

I wnt to do an experiement on which fruits contain the most vitamin C and test several amounts of fruit.

the problem is that how do i test it? squeeze juice and then add this and that and this and that and this.


of course i guess i can get like acids and stuff from school if i asked my teacher.



cant do bananas coz its 10 / kg , too expensive :(

You will find many different protocols for testing the vitamim C concentration of different fruit juices online. Try searching using the keywords "vitamin C titration."
