Re: SCIENCE FAIR PROJECT IDEAS ON WEAVE
Hi YANNAWHITAKER,
So the way I like to get ideas for a science fair project is first to look at different problems in the world that you think you can address by doing an experiment. Are you interested in climate change? disease research? sport science? Find something that you enjoy doing and is relevant to your life. I would recommend doing something related to your favorite science subject.
Then think about how you might solve the problem that you selected. So if you chose climate change you can think of ways to produce clean energy or reduce and capture carbon emissions. If you chose disease research think of potential new ways to approach different diseases. If you chose sports think of ways to make games more fair or cheaper and more accessible.
Now that you've done some thinking on your topic, I would look up some information on that topic. Look at different ways that scientists in the field are tackling the problem that you chose. If you found one of these ways interesting and you think you can do something with it, think of how you can make it different. Keep on looking until you find something that you think you can do and find at least somewhat interesting. If you really can't find anything that you like related to that topic, find another problem and do that same thing for that.
I hope this helps you find something for your science fair project!
Good luck and if you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Stephen
