Luminal photo

Post by deleted-405396 »

I've tried taking photos of the luminal in the cups but my camera just shows black. I tried a 10 and 15 second exposure with 8 f-stop and 400 and 800 ISO. I can't figure out why I can't get the luminal to show up in the photo. Any ideas?

Hi tcooper101,
Any chance that you can use a different lense? Say f/2.8 or f/1.4 to allow in more lights? Also, please try to increase the shutter speed to ISO 1600 or maybe even 3200. After that, we can try the exposure time and see what yields the best results.

Good Luck!
