Please can u tell me how to prepare a phosphate buffer of ph 7.4 using MnCl2,MgCl2,KH2PO4,K2HPO4

According to http://home.planet.nl/~skok/techniques/ ... ffers.html, you can create a 100-mL buffer of pH 7.4 with 77.4 mL of 0.1 M K2HPO4 and 22.6 mL of 0.1 M KH2PO4.
