Apple Dehydration

Post by domf »

I need help please!! :( I don't know how to measure the dehydration of apples for the project that i am busy with. The apples are in three different liquids: water, salt water and lemon juice. Any help or advice right now would be more than appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,

Some ways you could measure the dehydration of apples is to weigh them before and after you dehydrated them. Also you could time how long it takes each apple to dehydrate. Here's the website where I found the information:

Hope this helps. Good luck on your project. =)
