Bioluminescence: Investigating Glow-in-the-Dark Dinoflagellates

Post by deleted-443486 »

I'm doing the experiment on bioluminescence: Investigating Glow-in-the-Dark Dinoflagellates. I have a question concerning the procedure. How far should the CFL be from the boxes containing the Pyrocystis fusiformis. Does it matter what type of other lighting is in the room during the day? Thank you.
