project advice
I am interested in neuroscience and the effects of exercise on the brain. Was thinking about an experiment involving mice. Giving one of two mice an exercise wheel and assessing them both somehow after a few weeks. Putting them through a maze with a treat at the end maybe? Any advice?

Hello,
Neuroscience and exercise are interesting topics. I would like to understand what your hypothesis is so that I can help guide you better with your ideas.
What would you like to learn from this experiment?
Also, it is important to understand any rules about using animals for an experiment. You can also check with your teacher.
Sciencebuddies does have an experiment using mice, and it suggests that "You should already own a mouse, a rat, a guinea pig, or a hamster, and know how to take care of it. Or you can study a pet rodent at your school."

If you decide not to using animals in your experiment, here are some Neuroscience project ideas:

Here are some exercise project ideas:

Those links are full of background information to give you many additional ideas to come up with your own project.
