Hi there! This is a good question, but one that you can do a little research about on your own first. This forum can help you if you don't understand something you read about heart rate control, or when you have a specific question about experiments you might to do study changes in heart rate. Good luck, and don't be afraid to write back when you have a more specific question we can help you with!

I have done my own research first and I'm just afraid that I may have missed some causes, but a more specific question would be "what quick activities can affect a person's heart rate without directly affecting the nervous system or tiring out the body like medicine or exercise would?"
