Hi everyone. I am currently working on a project that requires me to use a glycemic index chart. But I can't seem to understand the chart I found on this site; https://healthiack.com/health/glycemic-index-chart. Please, does anyone have any explanation or other sites I can find and understand this better. Thanks in advance.

If you are helping your son or daughter to conduct a science project, please describe the project including the hypothesis and the experiments to be conducted to get observations (data) to test the hypothesis.
