Hi I am competing in an underwater robotics program and need help to think of a name for two teams I would like the names to be funny and have something to do with water, rings, or cubes (that is part of the competition) to help you out last year we used the names Ringmaster and Cubicle thanks

This sounds like a fun project! Here are a few names that come to mind: Cubists, Ringers, and Ice Cubes.
