fungal fertilizer

Post by hhemken »

Fungi tend not to contain enough nutrients, such as nitrogen or phosphorus, to be useful as a fertilizer. However, there are many well-known symbiotic relationships between plant roots and fungi that are beneficial to the plant. Search for these sets of terms on Google:

mycrorrhizal fungus fertilizer

Half an hour of googling should get you some interesting leads.
