Post by Indigo »

Hi, andone knows the cheapest and easiest way to make a respirometer? I acutally need some of them. I have just started a similar project to one in Science Buddie, " Effect of Exercise: Changes in Carbon Dioxide". I appreciate sharing your ideas. I live in a dorm and it is not easy for to go out to buy things, but my aunt will send me some stuffs if I ask to. Thanx.

Hi! I looked on the internet by using google.com "how to make a respirometer" and I found some sites:

1. http://www.okc.cc.ok.us/biologylabs/Doc ... ometer.htm
2. http://www.okc.cc.ok.us/biologylabs/Doc ... ometer.htm

Basically, all you need are a some test tubs in two different sizes.

Hope this helps!
