Procedure in Making Pesticide

My research teacher ask me to look for the procedures in making insecticides. I have been searching for answers but I did not found any. Can I ask you to give me a reference about the procedures in making insecticide?

Here is a link to the U.S. EPA's office of Pesticide Programs. There is alot of information on the site with links that may help you find your answer. Under the Science & Policy Section in the Quickfinder Section there is a link to "analytical methods & procedures".
