Light Colours

Post by deleted-593731 »

I searched in the google about "why do the daytime sky looks blue? " and it appears that it's caused of the short wavelengths of blue colour make it scatters more than the long wavelengths of red colour .But I'm still confused "why do the afternoon and dawn sky looks rather violet or purple when their wavelengths is shorter than blue? "

I'm sorry for my poor English, I haven't used to it yet
Please help me by answering my question....
Please :D

Hi there. Is your question related to a science fair project? If so, please tell us more about your project so we can help you, as this forum is geared to helping students with their science fair projects. If this is a homework or other type of project question, there are other forums more appropriate to help you.

Thanks!
