science fair need help please!
my scince fair topic is : which flour effects the density of flour the most all-purpoes flour, bleached flour, or yellow cake flour?

Your question can easily be answered by doing a search for 'density'. This will tell you that the density of a substance is its mass per unit volume. So, all you have to do is weigh equal volumes--say 1 cup--of each flour to determine the powder density of each. Just be sure to repeat the measuring of 1 cup and the weighing at least three times so you can get an average density. That will be more accurate than if you just did one measurement.
