HELP PLEASE! MY SCIENCE FAIR Assignment is due soon! I can't open the passwords.txt as a file, it opens as a link. when i end up moving it to a folder with the crack_password.py and the script wont use any of the methods. It just says that It isn't there and there is no file or directiory known as passwords.txt

I replied to your other post with two ways that you can save this file. In this post, you note you are having difficulty saving it but that you have "moved it" to the folder. What did you move there? Make sure that you actually have the text file saved in the folder. Right-click on the link and choose to save the file (or, if necessary, copy and paste the contents into a file and save it with the name used in the procedure).
