low speed wind tunnel

I need a basic design to build a small windtunnel to test the aerodynamics on vehicle spoilers. Any suggestions, designs, etc

Where are you located? If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area, there is a lab run by the Sysnopsys Outreach Foundation that has a low-speed wind tunnel that might be what you need. If you live in the area, we can discuss the use of this lab's equipment further.
