Dark energy/expansion I feel the universe

Post by deleted-717081 »

What if the dark energy responsible for the stretching of the universe behaves exactly the opposite of the Higgs Boson?

Matter clings to other matter but dark energy as a force that pushes things away. So the universe is being pushed apart. If you knew the rate it did that and how long it's been doing it couldn't you figure out how far it's expanded, what'll it'll be at double the size and what it started at?

I just want a smarter persons hypothesis

Hi,

This forum is intended for students, parents, and teachers working on K-12 science projects. If your question is related to a science project, please post some details such as your hypothesis, research question or experimental plan. If you are looking for help with homework or general science discussions there are other sites that should be able to answer your question.
