Title and control group for my project

My project: Determine the amount of gluten in different types of flour.
Please help with the writing of the title (catch) and with the control group for this project.
In the project I will use three different types of wheat flour and mix them with water to understand how much gluten is in each of the species.

Your project seems very interesting! Some potential titles for your project could be "Gluten In Grains" or "What's the Word on Wheat?" or perhaps just stating your research question, such as "How does the type of flour impact the amount of gluten in it?" (Sorry that these titles are a bit generic, I'm not very creative ). Regarding the control group, since you appear to only be measuring the amount of gluten in the different flours and are not really manipulating anything except for type of flour, I don't think a control group would be required in this case. Are you trying to follow the experiment from Science Buddies (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... #procedure) or is this idea based off of a different setup and procedure? If you are not following the Science Buddies procedure and/or you haven't looked at it, I would suggest checking it out; it may clear up what should be done about the control group.

Thanks for your reply. I just took this project, to which you gave a link. After consulting with the teacher, the control group in my experiment will be gluten-free flour.
