Does centrifuge machine can be alternative for fermentation? Because I have to hurry my project I have one week to prepare. Your reply will be highly appreciated. thanks!!

Hi,

A centrifuge machine is most often used to separate liquids by density, using the centrifugal force from the spinning of the machine. I've linked a very informative video below for a more in depth explanation.

I'm not sure how using this machine would be helpful for yeast propagation, but perhaps you're referring to a thermal incubator. An incubator is often used in labs to aid the growth of bacteria and fungi. There is a great Science Buddies post on alternatives to incubators that I've linked below.
