Create a vital organ using stem cells

I was interested in competing in Intel ISEF and the local science fairs that occur before it. The project of creating a vital organ using stem cells caught my eye but I was wondering what modifications I could make to the project to make it competitive at the level I was hoping. Thanks for the help in advance!

If you are hoping to perform the actual experiments that the sciencebuddies project has you look into using a computer, you will definitely want to get access to a university laboratory and mentor in the lab that will help you. This can take a long time, so start asking ASAP
