Do you think Physical science will eventually answer all metaphysical questions?

I wholly accept that there are limits too our scientific knowledge and there are some questions science is not equipped to answer. However what makes metaphysics more equipped to answer them? (Note:Im currently a philosphy/chemistry undergrad and my Proffessor posed a similar question to me)
