I'm trying to come up with a catchy title for my science fair project. My project is basically trying to figure out which moisturizers work the best to keep skin moisturized.

This sounds like a great project! You could go with something creative or catchy like:
- Moisture Mania
- Moist Membranes
- Lotion Lollapalooza
- Lotion Commotion

Or, you could go with something more informative that uses both your independent and dependent variable, like:
"Moisturizer Efficiency: Determining Which Moisturizer is Most Effective on Skin"
