IR LED question

Hypothetically if someone placed IR LED's around let's say parts of their car, (ie. windows, license plate, company logo,etc) would the IR LED's essentially blind traffic cameras? Hypothetically of course.

Hi - our forums are for K-12 students doing science projects, you will probably have better luck getting an answer to this question on another online forum.
